Suggestions/Recommendations/Warning on Moving a 180GAL tank

Here are the details. Any and all help is much appreciated and accepted.

I have a 180GAL with a 40GAL sump. All plumbed and GLUED with PVC/PVC Glue.

MOVE CURRENT TANK - 180GAL with 2 Overflows and 40GAL Sump

START
Set up all 55GAL Blue Rubbermaid Containers and multiple 5GAL buckets
Make sure there is wood thick enough to support empty tank and clear PVC plumbing @9"
Syphon tank water into all containers
Remove all rocks into milk crates - 150LB +
move and separate fish: AIR STONE IN ALL FISH CONTAINERS THE WHOLE TIME
- (1) PAIR Geo adults in Blue Rubbermaid Trash Bin #1 - Satanoperca Jurupari
- (8) Clown Loaches in Blue #2 - (3) @ 5-6" , (5) @ 2"
- (3) Plecos in Blue #3 - COMMON (1) @ 8", (2) @ 4",
- (15) Juvys GEOs - @ 1.5" - 2" Juvies Geos from above adults in 5GAL bucket?
- All live plant into 5GAL buckets
Syphon all Sand (@ 200LB) into 5GAL buckets, use garden hose to keep water and sand mixture syphonable. Keep @ 25-30LB per container. Drain as much water off as possible to move.
Disconnect all plumbing
Drain Sump Tank - 40GAL long - maybe recurculate until last minute to keep BB alive?
there are (3) separate Bio-Ball towers.
Remove empty tank from stand and place on wood support clearing plumbing
repair stand - need new 2x6, fix front support and back center support

MOVING IT ALL
Everything into truck
All fish into 5GALs with covers for move - airstones the whole time

ARRIVE
Sump, Stand, Tank into Place
Sand & Rocks, Plants into tank
Fill, Prime, Run, Poke sand,
Water Tests
Acclimate
Fish In
Water Test in 4 hours, 24hours and 48 hours - PWC if necessary
 
How far are you moving it ? Might be a good idea to test the water where you are going so IN CASE you need to do a WC, you have stable water to begin with. Which might require an aged setup already waiting for you. Just a thought.

moving only about 15 miles


15 miles could be a great difference in water parameters depending on the water source. FWIW, my buddy is only 3 miles away and his water is is much better if I wanted to breed verse just keeping. It really doesn't take much when it comes to any large or small varying degree that could be better or worse for your babies.
