Sump pump question

I am looing to get the pump for my sump this week. I am trying to decide between the MAG-Drive 5 and the 7. The overflow is a 350 GPH rated one. So my question is, should I be a little under that for the pump (MAG 5) or bet a bit more over?
Tank is a 60 Gal
Sump is an Aqua Clear 75
It is 4' from the sump to the top of the tank.

I would go with the Mag 7....you could split the spray bar into instead of one, make it 2...have one part of it blowing down the back wall and the other part blowing into the middle of the tank. Just my opinion...

it is better to go over on the pump and throttle it back with a ball valve if necessary

I would go under the rated capacity of the overflow. I would also suggest maybe upgrading the overflow becasue thats not much flow for that size tank.
