Sump question - DIY Im thinking...

What do I use to glue baffles inside of a 20 gallon tank that Im going to use as a sump? Want to make sure its safe water wise whatever I use.

100% Silicone works fine. Bought a large tube fairly cheap at Big Als Online

Thanks Bearfan!! I thought I could use this but wanted to make sure.
Also if I want to build baffles inside the sump, do I use plexiglass? I also want to build the bulkhead as well to run the return hose into....I need to know what product I can use and still be able to drill holes in it.

Marine Depot has bulk heads real cheap. And yes to the plexi. Use bits specificially fine enough for plexi and you'll be fine.

I assume I can buy the bulkhead or something close to it from like Home Depot??

I had no luck finding bulkheads at home depot. The sales help kept pointing to brass fittings :?
