Sump

I have a plan to move my sump into a shed in my garden and run pvc pipe all the way to my tank. I plan for it to run via gravity from the tank all the way to the shed and into a 100l tank I will use for a refugium that will sit on the flore. It will then be pumped up to the sump where all the filtration will happen before being pumped back to the tank. Now apart from all the work can anyone see any problems with this idea. Obviously the heater will be in the tank and one in the sump.

Without knowing the area you live...I am not a big fan of anything going outside. Temp aside, I wouldn't want anything having a chance of getting into the water column. Being in a basement or under a stand is much better of an idea.
