Sunset platy sick. Help please!!

I have a platy I thought was pregnant but now it is sick. Swollen and seems to have a red sore on it's side. It not very active it's head wants to point down. Please help identify. Water tests are within range.

It looks like it can be an internal parasite. There are meds out there that can treat it. Good Luck!

Are the scales popping out like a pinecone? it might have dropsy
