Sweetwater Zooplankton (saltwater)

Good for freshwater fish too? I bought some, and was assured it wouldbe fine for them, but then i read the ingredients, and there was salt. Will this mess up the water or will they be fine?

A small amount of salt can actually be theriputic for fish. Too much salt will be damaging to aquarium plants before it damages the fish.
