I have a prego sword and shes about to have her babies. She and her mate are currently in my lotec planted, 55gl community tank. I was wondering if i should move her and her mate to my bare bottom 29 before she pops? I need some adivce.

I would move her to 29 til she gives birth and make sure alot of plants real or fake for babies to hide in . Then move her back once she gives birth

The male and female need to be out of the tank as soon as she gives birth. You only need to place the female in the tank. She will actively hunt and eat all the fry if you don't pull her out ASAP.
