Tall plants

I wanna start getting into live plants instead of just plastic ones...but I wanna start slowly. Anybody know of an easy tall plant for my 20 gallon tall tank?

Hornwort does real good as a floating plant.

Dwarf sag is easy and doesn't get as big as val.

What type of lighting, ferts, etc. do you plan on using? If you don't want to complicate things annubias, java fern, mosses, and stem plants like rotal or ludwigia is easy to grow. Annubias and ferns are the slow growers that can handle anything and the stem plants are the fast growers that can bounce back from just about any insufficiency or problem.

Anararcharis is easy 2 grow no frets nothing just lights and grows fast

Cabomba will get tall as well. Red ludwigia too.
