Aquarium Advice Freak
Hey all, just cycled and got my wifes new 75 setup/moved. She wanted the jack Dempsey she had picked out for my 100 Cichlid whos about 3 inches long. OK, no problem honey.
...Here's the problem
Jack hits ANYTHING, flakes, pellets, fingers, cats paw, that touches the top of the water like a Bass nailing a Top Water plug.
But the wife wants something "Pretty" to swim near the surface, like a school of something..../smacks forward already....
Any thoughts on what I could put in there that schools (I'd settle for a school of 2 lol) that would make Jack think twice?
FYI: Other than stuff at the top, he's timid, and just likes to hang out in caves or sleep, never bothered anything else.
