tiger barbs

Hi guys

Im just wondering on which way I should go. Im boosting my school of tiger barbs so they dont bother each other as they are now. I think I have 2 males (which have red nose tips) and a female. Im going to get another 3 tiger barbs and Im curious does it matter if I have more females or males.

I know with some speices if you have more of one than the other it can cause troubles

Can't say I've heard of anything there. Nippy little things, the more the better I suspect.

On serpae tetras I had to take the school over a dozen before they settled down.
