Went and got the Blonde Naso Tang today and a Lawnmower Blenny for this and the 60g.

The surprise was he was able to find a Copperband Butterfly that a LFS that he works with has had for over a month, eats Mysis like a fiend and he grabbed it for me. He had it in his holding tank for a few days with the Blonde and neither are shy at all. We shall see how it goes.

It was tough getting pics, but here is what I could get. We've named the Blonde "Kona" and the CB is "Blur" because she is doing laps from one end to the other and all my pics were blurry.

The Yellow Tang is "King Midas" and the Spotted Rabbitfish is "Doc"...

Beautiful fish Todd. Nasos are a truly stunning fish. Best of luck with that Copperband :).

The Naso was going after Nori this morning and ate Mysis tonight. The Copperband was dancing around with everyone when I fed mysis, but I think he might have eaten only a couple. She is not shy. The guy I got him from said it took a day with him, but then it ate like crazy. Will see how it goes tomorrow. These are two of my favorite fish, but I've still got others coming that I'm equally excited about. Short of a Scribbled Angel and a Sohal Tang, I'm getting all my favorites.

Its a Koran. Not my first choice (or top 3), but this new guy I met that is selling corals also does maintenance on tanks. One of his people got it yesterday and added it to their reef tank (oops) and it started eating xenias and Zoas. She gave it to him when he came by, but he only has reefs and frag tanks. He knew I wanted a juvenile angel so he gave it to me for FREE. Koran Angel it is then. :). Works for me.

This guy is great. Totally hooking me up on fish prices, giving me credit for Zoas I'm loaning him to grow and frag and he is giving me a bunch of his Zoas to either have or hold for him.

Sad update... The Copperband didn't make it. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but about a week ago, we had a power outage at night. I went out to look at the 240 and the CB is going crazy in the tank, knocking into rocks and just seemed frantic. The next day there was a scrape on its side and a couple days later there was a bit of white puffy around the scrape. Two days later it looked better, but it started hiding out more than before. Woke up this morning to find my gigantic bristle star having a meal.

The Blonde and Yellow Tangs, Lawnmower Blenny and Spotted Rabbitfish are still all looking good. The juvie Koran did not make it through QT, but I've got a Longnose Hawk waiting for me.

Wow, $50 is cheap! Too bad they are not a little more local or I would grab them. The males are more impressive when they mature, but even the females are a great looking fish, IMO. Since I have this guy hooking me up , I am thinking if just biting the bullet and actually getting one sometime in the future. The money I'm saving on everything else will more than cover it.
