Torch sick?

Last 3/4 days one of my torch is looking like this,

Anyone experience this before?

Has the middle head come out at all over the last few days? My frogspawn does that when something (yellow clown goby) swims around in it. The other two heads look very good...that middle one looks like something is disturbing it.

Nope is looking like that for 3/4 days now,but have a few tentacle coming out at full, I can't explain why is doing that, is been on the tank for a few months now

Looks fine to me my frogspawn does that sometimes did you recently turn on the lights?

Yes, but the lights are on a timer, so they came on everyday,

Doesn't look sick, just won't open like use too

If it starts to deteriorate you`ll need to break off the infected head. Look up brown jelly disease. I had it happen to my torch coral. Not to much flow at it is there?

i got 2 425 nano power head,
use to be a 4 heads but i lost one the first week cause maybe stress.
tis one have no sign of deterioration yet,looks healthy but just won't open,
ill keep an eye on it
