Hi all! I had some experience with ADFs and some terrestrial critters as a kid, but as an adult, I'd like to get back into the hobby and set up the sort of tank I didn't have the patience and resources to set up.
I'm currently sponging up as much info as I can on planted tanks (just finished Diana Walstad's planted tank book), freshwater shrimp tanks, fishless tank cycling, etc. Figured it'd be best if I set up an account here so I could start planning out some of the more personal and tank-specific details, like plant species compatibility and reputable retailers for XYZ.
My current plan is a 10 gallon red cherry shrimp tank with some nerites, pygmey corey's, and a ton of tbd plants.
