Puffy, the problem will not just go away and if the fins are being nipped that shows obvious signs (not just chasing around the tank) I would think its time to act. I realize your Mom might not see it the way some of us do, but for the Fishes sake its time to rehome.

Thanks. I already have contacted three people about rehoming. And have been planning what to replace with.
