Tumor on my orange Molly?

I have a an orange Molly that has this huge bump on his head but she's had it for a few months and has been swimming fine and eating fine wht should I do?

Not much possible I'm afraid. If it's viral such as Lymphocystis it may go on its own in time. If a benign tumour and still doing well as above then see how it goes. Clean water, low stress and good food are the main treatment I know of.
