I am having trouble to upload pics. It says upload fail, exceeds your quota. Why is this happening?

I am using my phone and clicking "best". I have been uploading pics for a long time here but all of a sudden this is now coming up.

There is a quota if you arent a paid member You may have reached it Cichlid ism. Check in your cp.

It means you can upload a certain amount of KB of pics as a free member.
