Urgent!!! Bad or good critters in tank

hey I just got some live rock and I've seen a worm, and some sort of bug. The worm looks like the average worm you see that's pinkish colour. The other thing looks like a bug of some sort pictures below of what is looks like... Any help would be appreciated

Aptasia not nesselaraly bad

Aiptasia is a glass anemone. If you pull them to try to remove, they break apart and all the pieces become new anemones. They are pests in the aquarium as they sting fish and corals and can over run a tank. Products like aiptasia-x and joe's juice work and some have had success with boiling water or lemon juice injected down their mouth.
