My Skunk Cleaner Shrimp Pepe had black spot disease randomly two weeks ago. He shed and everything was fine. He JUST shed again and now it looks like there's a flap of it on him? I pulled the whole shed out. Do I move him to QT? Do I remove it from him manually? How do I help him please?

Don't do anything. Let nature take its course. When an invert molts it is in a very vulnerable state. Moving from one tank to another during this time is far from the best course.
