My 4ft fresh water tank has with stress zyme formula. And I have install a 2 foot 15w uv lighting. My question is will the uv light kill my good bacteria in my tank? Will the light have an affect on my fish? And is uv light good for my live plants?

How are you cycling with stress zyme?!
The only way to cycle is to add an ammonia source, stress zyme can help but it can do nothing on it's own.

You can either use pure, unscented ammonia, or a raw shrimp (dead) as the ammonia source. An api test kit (liquid) will show you where you need to be
