Last week I bought a 2nd hand Fluval 3+ for my mum's tank (as the "Aquarline Aquarclear 3" is pants), and I currently have it running in a bucket of water and with some white vinegar. But, how long should I run it to clean it's insides out before I make a start on cleaning the deposits off the outside? :?
