Water circulation

I have a 40 breeder tank and I have a question about water circulation. The only thing giving circulation to my tank is my fluval 305. Seems to circulate that side of the tank but other looks rather stagnant. Should I add another filter or some type of circulation pump?

May just do this one for now. Although right now a fluval 206 is 59 on amazon.
