Weird scab on my Discus??

It can only be described as a scab looking thing. I just noticed it today. Not sure what it is, hoping my pictures are good enough for someone to be able to see it and identify it.

Any info is appreciated

Beautiful fish!

It could be from bumping that driftwood?

My Jack Dempsey cichlid has a similar scab from darting around her rocks.

I can't say it is not an injury but if it looks infected check into hole in the head.
They are good looking fish!
