Weird spot on molly

Hello everyone, new here. I began only a few months ago with the hobby, i set up a 30 gal aquarium a month ago and last week i introduced some fish. The aquarium is fully cycled and planted.

I bought 6 mollies last week and today i noticed a weird spot on one of them, i dont know if it was there before or not to be honest.

I dont know what it is or what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is the brown spot that you are worried about?

Is it protruding out at all?

Can you tell if it is a single discolored scale or missing scale?

Could just be part of its color and maybe took a couple days to color up. Also looks like it is swimming around ok with no clamped fins.

Is the fish eating ok?

Fish is eating ok and really active. Can’t really tell if it’s missing a scale or is discolored

I’d say if it’s acting fine and eating ok, just take note on the size and shape of the spot, those pictures will help. Observe over next couple days to a week and see if there are any changes.
I think your Molly is ok!
