Weird stuff growing on everything.

The picture shows the stuff growing on the torch coral. Its a transparent film that will not go away. it is growing on everything! Please help.

Sponge.

What are your nitrate/phosphate levels at?

I ask because from what I've seen, sponges normally grow in low light areas and only in well lit areas when nitrate levels are quite high

I took my water and had it tested and everything was good....
