What all can I feed my Otto Cat?

First, I need to ask where the proper place to ask about specific fish would be.

My actual question is what all vegetable matter an Otto Cat will eat if I provide it. I got two to clean out my tank and they have accomplished the task to the point to where I see none they can get to. Can I drop a green bean in overnight or do they have to have one of a couple specific veggies or algae?

They will eat spinach, cucumber, courgette, lettuce and algae wafers available from aquatic stores

They like to eat biofilm in my experience. If you have live plants, even if you can't see any algae they will have plenty to eat. If you don't have live plants you can drop in a dried oak leaf which will grow biofilm on it. Shrimp enjoy this as well.

I knëw I have been seeing one of my otto cats wearing out my single plant. I guess that's what he's after.
