Fiddlers are impossible to breed. If I understand it correctly the young grow in the open ocean as phytoplankton. Some will report babies are born, but quickly disapear.
Shrimp such as RCS reproduce like crazy. Most shrimp will breed for you. Dwarf cray like CPO's. Apple snails. Nerite snails will in a brackish environment.
