So a friend gave me this "trap door snail" to help with Algae. I had it in my tank for one night and I get these black things. Please don't tell me it gave birth to a crap ton of babies. Any help would be awesome

Do they move? Or is it poo? Is that whiter area near the snail, a clean spot made by the snail?!?!? Wowsie if soo, it really need to poop because it ate so much.

Baby trapdoor snails look like tiny walking buttons. They are *so* cute. Also, trapdoor snails don't have many babies at any given time.

But, yes, it looks like poop to me, too.
