Hi my lfs told me my fish hoggle was an oranda when they sold him. But i have seen post on here and my fish doesnt have a wen like the orandas ive seen on here. Any help to discover what breed he is would be good. sorry pics are a little old and not that great.He has lovely colours and developed more as his older now from pic il try upload another later today a better pic

Based on what I can see - sloped front and no telescope eyes I would say it is probably either a fantail or ryukin.
The main difference between these two is the ryukins body shape is more circular whereas the fantail is more prominent at the front. The photos below should help show what I mean.
