What do i have now?

It's only on one pristella. She's acting normal. Tank parameters are good. Only new thing is a plant that got a bleach bath before being introduced. Last water change was thursday, doing another one tonight. Its more of a smudge than a salt grain, do I know it not Ich. Any ideas?

A fungus, perhaps? Try Methylene Blue, an ages-old, inexpensive treatment for fungus. You can use it as a "dip", meaning you can just put the affected fish into a container with the medicine, then remove the fish and put it back into tank. Better than treating whole tank; you don't have to worry about ruining your biological filter.
