What is it?

Bought some LR a few weeks ago to seed dry rock and had no hitchhikers. Bought some more LR today and was told there was a brittle star inside. No biggie. When I turn the red light on these come crawling out. Some sort of worm. I have seen them beginning to end.

Looks to be a bristle worm.

Common bristle worm. Nothing to be alarmed about. They are not detrimental.
