What is this moss like plant?

So we have this new growth in our tank and it is beautiful I would let it grown everywhere if I new what it was and if it's good or bad. So far it's only in one little spot of our tank attached to a rock near the surface. It looks kinda like moss. It's bushy and doesn't seem to be spreading just growing longer. I have included pics to help identify. I don't recall putting a plant like this in our tank. We have mangroves and some of the moss you grow in your sump but that's about it. We had 2 other types if plants but they died off and didn't make it, didn't look like this though they were more seaweed like.

The first picture is from the front of the tank The second is from the top above the water and the third is from the side the best view of it

Looks like a macroalgae, but I wouldn't even know where to begin in terms of identifying it. I agree that it looks pretty...
 
It kind of looks like that due to the busyness but the "leafs" themselves are thicker and look more like ferns
