I can't see any attached, fortunately. They are extremely tiny, though.

I'm taking the worm that I caught to the shop where I got these most recent fish. I'm curious what I'll find out.

I haven't been able to get to the shop, but I've continued searching. I think it's a midge larva. I adjusted the filter and put a bubbler back in to disrupt the surface a bit. I haven't seen anymore since I did that.

I'm leaning toward midge larva/bloodworms as well.
