I bought an AC filter some months back and didn't open the box until today because my new tank wasn't ready. some of the plastic on the main structure is broken so I need to glue it, what glue?

I know there are some superglues that reefers use in their tanks to secure corals. Maybe post something in the reef area or just check out some threads over there. I want to say its the crazy glue gel, but I'm not positive.

I've heard that the gel super glue like Alyxx mentioned is safe (I also believe that is what reefers use to secure corals, and some people use to secure plants to DW and rocks), or you can also just pick up some aquarium safe silicone.

You can use any super glue that is cyanoacrelate based. Most if not all super glues/gels are. If this is acrylic, you can also use some weldon #4 for a much better/permanent bond.
