I have a standard 125 gallon tank. It is heavily planted. But the plants at the bottom are not getting enough light. I have normal fluorescent t8 about 300 watts. It's about 14 inches to the top of the substrate? Any ideas? Trying to stay somewhat cheap. It maybe my lights are just old and need to be replaced they are about 6 months to a year old
