What size skimmer?

I just got a 60 gallon tank to start my first reef tank so I'm trying to get all my equipment together before I start cycling what start up equipment and what size will I need?(sump, skimmer, etc.)

Sump go as big as you can the larger the water volume the more stable
Skimmer get one rated for 2x the tank size even better is 2x the total water volume (tank + sump) Be sure it will fit in the sump.
Power heads you'll want 30-80x tank volume eg: 10 gal DT try for 300 gal movement (will depend on corals)
Lights again depends on what type of coral (look into dimmable LED's save lots on new bulbs)
