its soooo weird

ill get a picture of it tonight but heres a description

I have a coldwater 55 gallon goldfish tank with a few live plants that grow very well

I have this "barnacle" that has sprung up on one of the rocks and it will actually move very slowly. To me it looks like half of a clam shell flat on the rock. Its not algae because its shell is apparent.

There are TINY other ones on the side of the tank, but they just look like spots of diatoms or something. This thing looks, literally, like a barnacle or a freshwater clam.

Its so cool but at the same time I want to know what the heck it is.
