What To Do With Water Change Water

What do you guys do with your water change water? Thank you for reading!

I clean all of my filter stuff
The pads, I have a bio wheel.
The tubing.

And decor

And then I pour it down my bathtub?. Lol

Either down the drain, or sometimes my mom puts it in her plants. Don't really know what else to do with it haha

If you have a septic tank, you are safer to just heave it in the yard. Some plants will grow in the pipes and make a mess. To water plants is good!! I do that myself. The rest goes in the yard!

Water the garden! Why waste it when you can put it to good use.

I attach my water changer hose to the drip system I have in the back garden so I just suck it all out while it's watering the plants - I also have about 150 feet of tubing so it can stretch out the back door to the garden

Well, sounds like I should start pouring the water outside instead of down my tub lol

Yup I water my plants. I figured fertilizer has nitrates so.....

My cichlid tank is by a bedroom window, so down the syphon & out the window. When I do wc on my planted tank I save some for the house plants and pur the rest down the sink.

Water the plants once a week with fish water. Cichlids will make your house plants stunning!

Big garden tub in master bath 25 foot away so so easy to dump and fill a 5 gallon bucket
