Well been doing 50% water changes every day. Here is my current readings...

pH 7.8
Ammonia 0-.25
Nitrite +5.0
Nitrate 5.0

1/4/13
Nitrite +5.0
Nitrate 10

1/5/13
pH 8.0
Ammonia .25
Nitrite 2.0
Nitrate 0

What's wrong with my tank? A little over a month old 20 gallon. 5 neon tetras, 1 dwarf guarami, 3 Khuli loaches, and 2 African dwarf frogs.
