I want to kill my torch !!!! It's doing this with corals around....

HOw to prevent this ?

I've cut thoses tentacles, but some new are doing the same thing...

You can't prevent it. Torches are aggressive by nature and require proper distance between other corals. By no means should you cut them to prevent it...
 
torches should have a 6 / 8 inch buffer in every direction away from any coral
cutting a torch could put toxins into the water
another way to resolve your issue is trade it in for a different type of coral

I already have a FS, it does the same thing, but tentacles extends from 2 cm instead 10 like my torch...
