At this point hard to tell wether it's a young plakat or just a betta splendens female. Look at the fins. Those fins seem female. The tips of the dorsal and anal fin are still curved and not pointy.
But young males do look like females though... before they will show the male characteristics.

What do you think of this betta? It was labeled baby girl. I'm really not sure.
