Whats wrong with my fish ?

Can't really get any close ups as he always swims towards the back of the tank :/ he is swimming upside Down, has lost a lot of coloration and has White marks on him :/ what looks like excess White mucus :/ my parameters are all fine, ammo 0 nitrite 0 and nitrate about 20/40 ph of I believe 7.6. I have just treated for fungus and fin rot :/ so don't know whether this will effect the parameters :/

It's very orange for a Cherry Barb. Can you give a more detailed description of the white stuff?
It sounds like it may be fungus. But without being able to see it, it's really hard to say anything definitive.
Do you have a zoom on your camera?

Boy no kidding, you can't see a darn thing.
I wish I could help but with out seeing the white stuff there is no way to be sure what it could be

I would dose PimaFix and see what happens. Don't forget to TAKE OUT the carbon in the filter.

Exactly! Leave the filter cartridge in but take out the carbon.
