I just purchased an adult Majestic Angel from my lfs for $20.00 .... the catch is it is sick its got a fungus and a burn on the side.... i still think for $20 its worth trying to rehabilitate... anyway any suggestions or do i let nature takes its course?

I wouldn't. The fungus could become worse and the "burn" sounds like it could be HLLE or the scaring that is often left behind after it clears up. I would suggest placing the angel in a QT and watch it's health. Feed with vitamin fortified foods and be prepared to treat with an antibiotic for the fungal infection. Maracyn II at double the dose for 7 days. The fungus could be from the poor water quality and/or feeding at the LFS and may recover on it's own if the problem is small. If it's wide spread, I would treat as soon as possible.
