Which lighting seems better?

I've found two lights that are in my price range and that have received great reviews.
Which do you guys think is better for my 29 gallon planted tank and why?

1) The Aquatic Life Light T5 HO 2-Lamp

Light Information

By the light article I have the AL T5HO at 18" is 60-65 PAR. The FF at 18" shows 30 PAR.

No experience with those, but I had this fixture in the 24" version and absolutely loved it, have not a thing bad to say about it! And its $20-$30 cheaper than the other two.

It was recommended to me by a few people on here when I was looking for a light, it was a great choice!
