Who Am I?

Calling on the masters of cichlid identification lol!

They shine bluish purple sort of look like dolphins but they have splotches like a peacock? All babies right now around an inch big.

I was going with moori dolphin but pictures don't really show the blotches.

That's why I'm so confused. When they "flash" they are a bright bluish purple. I can get more pics if you think it will help?

Colour is strange as I would ID them as Dolphins.

Crytocara moorii can intermittently display blotches when they are smaller. Their ability to do so diminishes as they mature.
