Seriously though, the house market here is insane....houses selling at 10% above asking within hours of being listed, and since May 1, the average market price for a house has been climbing by $1150 a day.

Wow Toirtis. That is insane. Can't move, family business and all family here. New house has plenty of room. Plus we have possession of the 2 houses for 5 weeks overlap.
