Will firemouths eat marmokrebs?

I currently breed marmokrebs for a group of Peruvian puffers and a irrubsco (sp?). My marmokreb is breeding to quickly and I'm getting over run with them.
I have a 55g who's only occupant is a albino bristle nose. I was thinking of getting 2 pairs of firemouths if they'd eat crayfish for the 55g. Filtration is 4 hydro 5 sponge filters and an odyssea cfs500 canister.
