So I used the water from my display tank in the hospital tank. Everything is up and running and the temperature is the same as my display tank. Should I acclimate the fish still or can I put him in and start the treatment? I have cooper power and also ich-x which will be better to use

Move it over. The water should already match just fine to what it is used to. Early intervention saves lives.

I have the fish in a qt tank now. Did cooper treatment last night and saw the fish was not breathing as fast this morning. Hoping I can get him to eat tonight.

Just keep an eye on the parameters in the QT tank. You'll have to do water changes to address ammonia/nitrite levels.
