Yellow lab holding

Hey guys! I just got a yellow lab that's obviously holding. I breed all kinds of cichlids but this is my first mouth brooder. She's currently in a 20 gallon tank all by herself. Any advice/ tips I should know to keep these little guys alive an healthy?
