Yellow Orbs in Tank. Help ?

A week ago I bought a 10 gallon tank and a male betta fish from Petsmart. I noticed the water was cloudy and when I looked over there were these yellow/beige balls in the tanks. They were not there last night. Most on the gravel, some in a little tree, or stuck on the filter, and one was floating. I've searched all over the web and haven't found anything, so I decided to make my own post. (sorry if this isn't the place to ask for help)

Does anyone know what I should do?

Odd they look like osmocote pellets. I would just do a water change and suck them out.
