I recently added a watchman goby to my reef tank, first couple of days he is doing well, and then he disappeared for a few days and when he came out again his whole lower jaw was missing.
I noticed after a couple of days he had some marks on his lower jaw and then he disappeared and it was gone.
He is eating and swimming around and acting normal despite his condition. I can not figure out what has happened to him, I have 2 clowns, 1 flame hawk, a cleaner shrimp, and some corals... where the goby made his home was unclaimed terrority.
Any ideas...?
